Plastic Gear
Plastic gear manufacturing is a more economical and easy gear type compared to steel gear manufacturing. Plastic gears are a gear that is difficult to find ready. Therefore, it is healthier for you to have it manufactured specially.
Spur gear
It is the most basic and first known type of gear used in many industries. Spur gears are designed to transmit motion and power between parallel shafts. In addition, due to the ease of manufacturing of spur gears, it is more economical than other types of gears. Spur gears are manufactured as plastic spur gear, cast spur gear, aluminum spur gear, steel spur gear according to working conditions.
Helical Gear
Helical Gear manufacturing is a type of gear that is generally required for the transmission of heavy forces. Helical gears are one of the most used gear types in the industry. Helical gears are preferred because they operate quietly in force transmission and are more robust than spur gear.
Bevel Gear
Bevel Gear is a type of gear that is used extensively in the industry as part of powertrain systems and is generally used in applications where 90 degree power transmission is required. The bevel gears are used to change the direction of unidirectional force 90 degrees to another direction horizontally or vertically, and they can operate at different angles depending on the usage.
Sprocket
We know sprockets from bicycles that are part of everyday life. Chain gear is the type of gear used in areas where the distance between the axes is long and the rotational motion in the same plane is required to be transferred. One of the biggest advantages of these gears is that they can operate smoothly as part of the powertrain systems, although the distance is extended.
Timing Gear
The timing gear is used where it is necessary to maintain the working distance between the two gears. The timing gear is made especially with the synchronization timing belt pulleys required for automation. Since these gears will not transmit torque, the tooth depth of the timing gear is less than other gear types.
Rack and Pinion
The rack is one of the gear types widely used in the gear industry. Rack gears are used to convert circular motion into linear motion. Thanks to the teeth opening on a flat toothed surface, the rack turns the movement of a rotatable gear into one direction.
Worm Gear and Screw
The worm and striking gear consist of a worm gear and striking gear used to change the power transmission by 90 degrees. The worm screw is used to greatly reduce the high rotational speed at the return gear input at the output. Worm gears work quieter than other gear types and their vibration levels can be lower than other gear types. Worm gears are especially used in gearboxes since they reduce the high speeds to a great extent.
We can manufacture all the gears mentioned above in our own structure except for heat treatments. As for heat treatment, we offer it to our customers by resolving it with a contracted company.
